License

KioWare has multiple types of licenses.

  1. Single User is used for small quantity installations The license is associated to a particular PC.
  2. Multi-User is used for thin-client installations such as Citrix or Terminal Server where KioWare is installed on a server and multiple display terminals connect to the server.
  3. Volume is used for enterprise wide installation where many licenses are required and maximum deployment flexibility is desired.
  4. Time Limited is used when KioWare will only be temporarily loaded onto a computer.  After the expiration date, KioWare will no longer run on the computer and KioWare will be able to be installed on a second computer and electronically be licensed without having to interact with our staff to free up a license.  This type of licensing is only available using electronic licensing.
  5. Subscription Subscription licensing is alot like time limited but only used for certain purposes.  Please contact sales to determine if your deployment qualifies for subscription licensing.
