KioWare has multiple types of licenses.
For Single-user, refer to the following screenshot

A number that uniquely defines your computer. Is not editable.
When a License Code is not entered, then KioWare will operate in Demo mode for approximately 500 elapsed hrs; however, the amount of time remaining will be displayed so that you can budget your time. 500 hrs equates to approximately 3 weeks of time if run 24x7.
The License Code is a unique number that is generated from the Computer Code that enables KioWare to execute on your computer. The License Code will be provided to you in two ways: by registering over the phone with our customer support staff (877 843-4790), or by registering over the Internet on our website.
Naturally, to license KioWare over the Internet requires your computer to be connected to the Internet.
Enter the Transaction # and Authorization Code you received when you purchased your license(s). This may be contained in an invoice or an email.
Enter the Authorization Code you received when you purchased your license(s). This may be contained in an invoice or an email.
An optional entry that is used to identify your system in our license database. This is useful should you ever have to contact our support staff with a licensing issue.
By default, the Configuration Tool will use your existing Internet Explorer proxy settings (if any); however, you can specify to not use any proxy settings or to enter your proxy settings (see below).
The IP address or UNC server name of your proxy server.
Specify the TCP/IP port of your proxy server.
If necessary, the username required to logon to your proxy server.
If necessary, the password required by the username above to logon to your proxy server.
When complete, click the Get Electronic License button. Your PC will automatically contact our server for a License Code.
For Multi-user, refer to the following screenshot

Enter the company name used to generate your License Key. Company name is case sensitive.
Enter the number of licenses purchased for this server.
Enter the License Key provided from your License Certificate.
For Volume, refer to the following screenshot

A required entry that is used to identify your system in our license database. The default is your computer name.
Enter the date on which the license will expire. Six months is the maximum duration.
