Annual Maintenance and Support enables you to receive free software updates and free phone support throughout the contract year. The contract year is based on the anniversary date of your first license purchase. Additional license purchases will have their second year maintenance and support renewal fee pro-rated based upon the anniversary date. Otherwise, phone support and free software udpates are available only within the first 30 days after purchase. |
