Contact Information

ADSI may request or require contact and other personal identifying information, such as your name, address, phone number, and e-mail address. Your contact information may be used by ADSI to provide its services, to create a personalized experience, and to get in touch with you when necessary with respect to transactions conducted through the Site, material changes in our Site's policies, new services ADSI may offer, or otherwise. Survey Information

Survey data (e.g., training course evaluations, post-project evaluations, etc.) may also be collected at our Site. This data may be shared with  third parties, including our business partners, suppliers, and vendors, however your full name will be reduced to just your initials. We may publish your survey data on our Site, however your full name will be reduced to just your initials.

Financial Information

To conduct transactions through the Site, we may collect certain billing and financial information. We do not collect or store credit card information. We do share your financial information with our business partners, suppliers, and vendors, as is necessary to provide our services and for internal business purposes. We do not share your financial information with other third parties, without your consent, except to a court or governmental agency if required by law. In addition, we do not rent, license, or sell financial information to any third party.

Support Forums

We operate an online support forum for the benefit of our users. Users have to agree to a separate Forum Registration Agreement that dictates, among other things, user behavior. We may share your postings with our business partners, suppliers, and vendors, as is necessary to service your request. We do not share user postings with other third parties without your consent, except to a court or governmental agency if required by law.

Internet Protocol Address

We collect an IP address from all users of our Site. We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, enforce forum posting regulations, and to administer our Site. We do not share your IP address with other third parties without your consent, except to a court or governmental agency if required by law. In addition, we do not currently rent, license, or sell IP addresses to any third party.

Use of Cookies

Our Site may use cookies to enhance your experience while using our Site. Cookies are pieces of information that some web sites transfer to the computer that is browsing that web site and are used for record-keeping purposes at many web sites. KioWare uses remarketing campaigns via Google Adwords and Google Analytics.   As a result, third-party vendors may show our ads on sites across the Internet based on your online behavior.  KioWare and third-party vendors, including Google, use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookies) and third-party cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) together to report how our ad impressions, other uses of ad services, and interactions with these ad impressions and ad services are related to visits to your site.  KioWare also uses data from Google's Interest-based advertising or 3rd-party audience data (such as age, gender, and interests) with Google Analytics to track and understand visitor behavior, and conversions.  You can opt out of Google's use of cookies by visiting Google's Ads Settings.  

External or Third Party Web Sites

To the extent hyperlinks are utilized to access external or third party sites, you should be aware that these external or third party sites are not controlled by ADSI and, therefore, are not subject to this Privacy Policy. ADSI suggests that you check the privacy policies of these sites to determine how your personal information will be utilized by the proprietors of those third party sites.

Security

This Site has industry standard security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under ADSI's control. Customer financial information in the public domain will be protected by an industry standard encryption scheme (SSL via Verisign). All information, once received, is stored behind our corporate firewall. However, although ADSI has endeavored to create a secure and reliable Site, the confidentiality of any communication or material transmitted via the Internet cannot be guaranteed. Accordingly, you should consider carefully if you want to submit sensitive information via the Internet.

Updating or Removing Information

At any time, you may contact ADSI to update or remove the information you provide through this Site. Please contact us at the telephone number listed below with any requests for changes. In the event ADSI receives such a request for change, ADSI may require you to confirm or verify any change to your record.

Children

This Site is not primarily intended for individuals under the age of eighteen (18) ("children"). Accordingly, ADSI will not knowingly collect or use information from children.
