All of our kiosk software products wrap around the Internet Explorer browser, limiting the use of the kiosk to what you configure. This ensures your kiosks will not be misused, hacked, or at risk by any malicious, mischievous or unknowing users.
The easiest way of thinking about KioWare is that it is a safer version of Internet Explorer in “kiosk mode” with the added functionality of kiosk specific features. The software can run in full screen mode or it can provide a customizable toolbar that allows you to replace the Internet Explorer navigational buttons of your choice. KioWare can run any browser-based application and can limit Internet access if your kiosks are connected to the Internet. In addition to white/black listing and a customizable toolbar, KioWare includes: keyboard filtering, blocked pop-ups, attract screens, remote configuration using XML, clearing user history and reset application at session end, and many more features.

KioWare Browser Software is a secure browser that is used to replace your current browser. While KioWare Browser limits Internet access, it allows full access to the desktop and OS.
KioWare Lite provides vital lockdown security for browser-based applications, restricting users from accessing the OS and desktop, and allowing customization to limit Internet access.
KioWare Kiosk Basic has all of the lockdown browser features of KioWare Lite, plus support for second monitors, external and input devices, and user phone dialing.
KioWare Full with Server provides browser, OS and desktop lockdown for the kiosk client side license, while the server side license allows you to maintain communication with your kiosks from a central server.
KioWare Server ASP is designed to support enterprise and Application Service Provider (ASP) installations, giving clients or resellers the ability to host the software for multiple clients.
