Q : Electronic Licensing does not work.

A :
  • The most common problem with electronic licensing is a typo in either the Transaction # or the Authorization Code.
  • Confirm that you have access to the Internet.
  • Check that is up. Electronic licensing requires this website to be working to function properly.
  • If your firewall requires a proxy server, then make sure to check the Proxy checkbox
  • Ensure your firewall is configured to enable SOAP messaging from our server.
  • If all else fails, contact KioWare support at 877 843-4790 or support| for help.
