We’ve configured them to lockdown the workstation OS, which really gives us piece of mind knowing that the general public can only navigate the company website. I do like the available configuration options, we’re taking advantage of the auto-logoff/shutdown feature to close and turn off the PC’s each night at a specified time. KioWare is running so smoothly that once the PC is powered up in the morning it runs itself, supporting the general public on the kiosk stations is literally not an issue for our in-store customer service staff.

Everything has worked exactly as we needed it to and the simple, easy to use backend makes updating a breeze. We currently run this software on 10 kiosks and utilize the tracking log to analyze usage patterns amongst our customers so we can continuously improve our interface.
