Annual maintenance and support includes tech support, as well as the ability to upgrade to the newest version throughout the year. Technical support consists of phone and email support, and is also available through our user forum and support resources.
 
We release approximately 2-3 new versions a year, each containing new features requested by our customers. To find out if the new features interest you, check out our version history page.
